Sprout is home to a certified commercial “incubator” kitchen that is available for rent to chefs, caterers, start-up businesses, teachers, or anyone in the community. This is a great space for aspiring food business entrepreneurs in the Battle Creek area. We can help with all of the hurdles new businesses face, including licensing, marketing, insurance, and much more!

2. Kitchen Management
A shared kitchen is only as good as the team running it. Sprout Incubator Network takes the daily operational burden off your plate — scheduling, compliance, cleaning, equipment, and member support — so your site stays audit-ready, your members stay productive, and the day-to-day management is simply handled for you. Choose the package that matches how hands-on you want your kitchen management to be, then layer on optional services as your site’s needs evolve.
Core Kitchen Management ($2,750/mo): Handles essential day-to-day operations like scheduling, document tracking, and compliance overseen by our ServSafe certified managers.
Full Incubator Management ($4,250/mo): Covers everything in Core, plus fielding initial inquiries to sign up new members, providing licensing guidance, and offering hands-on startup support.
A la carte extras: You can now add standalone options like monthly deep cleaning ($250/mo), equipment maintenance ($250/mo), or custom marketing as needed.
